Dashboards

Overview

The dashboard in this app is the main reporting surface. It lets you move between a table view and a chart view without leaving the current report context.

Users can quickly switch between the detailed data table and high-level visual summaries depending on what they want to analyze.

Table and chart views

The report supports two main display views:

Collapsing the top controls

The top controls panel can be shrunk or expanded to give more screen space to the actual report. This is useful when users want a cleaner view of the chart or table.

When the controls are collapsed, the interface stays focused on the report itself, and the app stores the expanded state so the same layout is restored when the user returns.

This means the app remembers whether the top controls are open or closed, preserving the user’s view preference across interactions.

Built for quick workflow analysis

Dashboards are designed for fast operational review. Users can filter the issue set, select a report type, switch to the chart view, and then collapse the controls to focus directly on the data.

Because the expanded state is saved, users can keep the interface compact without losing their preferred layout.
