Historical Duration Report

What it is

This report shows how long each issue spent in each Jira status over the selected date range and work calendar.

It is the core status-duration view and is useful when you want to compare the historical time spent across a workflow.

What it is used for

• Measure how long work sits in To Do, In Progress, In Review, or Done.
• Spot bottlenecks in the process.
• Compare time in each stage across issues and teams.
• Use the table or chart view to explain process delays.
